達克瓦茲，是法國傳統甜點中的恬淡詩篇。
以糖粉、杏仁粉與蛋白烘焙而成的蓬鬆外殼，
包裹著一抹鹽味焦糖奶油內餡，
鹹甜交織，恰到好處。

我們選用義大利無鹽奶油，自製深琥珀色焦糖，
再撒入些許義大利海鹽，提引焦糖的醇香不膩。
每一口，都是對經典風味的溫柔致敬。
